Our Approach

h-trak employs a unique, comprehensive and reliable approach to all implementations. In fact, we are “old school” when it comes to implementing and deploying our solutions. We approach each job with professionalism and care, and we don’t take shortcuts. It is our view that software is only as good as the quality of our implementations. All of our new business comes from referrals from existing customers, and we take great pride from this.

Our approach is a 5 phase process that commences with the planning and Business Process Review (BPR). The BPR is the most important aspect of the implementation. It forms the system “blueprint”, a detailed outline of what your h-trak solution will look like from the technical, workflow and process perspectives.

Most software solution companies focus on the software functionality, paying lip service to the change management required to deliver an effective solution. At h-trak, we believe that change management is the most crucial aspect of a successful implementation, and therefore, change management is an integral component to our implementations.

This does not end with the deployment (or go live) of the system. It is an ongoing process, and h-trak has established our business operations to cater for this.
